Pride Across the Bridge (PAB) accepts V&P applicants from everyone; however, we prioritize participation from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC community, and those doing recurring good work that benefits our queer community.
Developing inclusive and respectful vendor policies and application processes is crucial to upholding PAB's mission and ensuring a safe event. Violations may result in eviction from the event or legal action.
We hold our vendors and performers to high standards of conduct to ensure that our events remain inclusive, respectful, and safe spaces for all. By participating in our events, vendors and performers are expected to adhere to the following policies, which reflect our commitment to diversity, respect, and a safe welcoming atmosphere.

Non-Discrimination Policy:V&P will not discriminate against any person or group based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected class.
Inclusive Language:V&P will use inclusive language and avoid any derogatory or offensive language or symbols that may target or marginalize any particular group.
Respect for Names & Pronouns:V&P will respect and use an individuals' preferred name and gender pronouns and gender identities.
Safety and Security:V&P must cooperate with event organizers and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all involved.
Harassment and Discrimination:V&P must commit to creating a harassment-free environment and promptly report any incidents or concerns to event organizers. Harassment includes but is not limited to unwanted verbal, physical, or visual conduct that creates a hostile or intimidating atmosphere.
No Hate Symbols:Vendors are prohibited from displaying or promoting hate symbols, hate speech, or materials that promote discrimination or violence.
Honoring Deadlines:We believe that respecting deadlines is essential to the fair treatment of all applicants. Timely responses to our requests for information related to your participation allow us to carefully review submissions, produce promotional materials, and allocate time and space effectively. In light of this, we kindly ask that V&P respond to requests for information by the deadlines stated in our communications, including, but not limited to PAB web pages, emails sent by PAB representatives, or text messages sent by PAB representatives.
